Behavior : "Cannot retrieve validators from PortalID: '{null}' , Request Type ID : '{null}'"

Hi All, can someone enlighten me with this error? I got this error when I am trying to put default value on user picker customer account on customer portal using script runner behavior, any thougts? Thanks
