Is it possible to migrate your license from server to academic?

Georgi Georgiev_7igwab

Recently I discovered that there is an academic license available, which is way more suitable for my start up company, given the fact that I'm studying in Sofia University. How can I change my license type from server license to an academic one?

PS: I have already changed and confirmed my main email to the one that the uni gave me.

Hi @Georgi Georgiev,

here you can see the conditions for an academic license:

Being student is not sufficient, but if you think, your organization fits into the named conditions, you should contact Atlassian Support (support.atlassian.com)
