How to enable @mentions on mobile device (iPhone)?

User is able to send @mention from his desktop but is unable to send it from Jira mobile app.

Mention should work out of the box as tested below:

Is this happening to all users or just one and what version of JIRA Mobile is installed?

I have same problem on version 127.00 on iPhone. Makes the app unusable
