Set login.jsp as default page in Jira

Question

How to set login.jsp as default page in Jira rather than /secure/dashboard.jspa.

I am using OAM for SSO , when I hit the jira url it should route to login.jsp.

The announcement banner doesn't seems to be solving my problem, and details listing over top which is not preferable in my situation.
