Why don't i get email notifications or @mention emails anymore?

I no longer get notification or mention emails from Jita when other users are mentioning me or assigning me tickets.

I've checked my spam and not in there.

Just checking through the basics; Do you have more than one email address that you can log into your Jira instance?

Is your Jira instance server or cloud?
