Jira Filter

A week ago I could access the filters directly in the red box on the attachment, and overnight the filter list disappeared, leaving the message "Failed to retrieve favorite filters from server."

So, the problem is when the filters are private not share with any group i able to see

If i share any group not able to see.The issue comes back
