How do I turn on story points and estimation in my project?

I am trying to turn on story points however I followed the help documentation and it said I should go to my board and click on ... and I will have an option to configure and turn on estimation. I do not have that option. I only have the option to manage rules.

@Rebecca Yoshor, it sounds like you are using an Agility project. Can you answer a few questions?

• are you on Cloud or server?
• can you share what article you were referencing?
• can you confirm if your project was created using the Agility template?
• When you go to your board do you have access to the board setting via ellipses in the upper right of your board?
