tried to create a repository i just deleted to start again and i get the below error:
You already have a repository with this name.
but it does not exist?

There is a bug report on this, check it out: https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/14486/deleted-repository-can-not-be-re-created
They said that if you open a support request to support.atlassian.com, they can fix it.
