Would like to bulk label tickets, some are already closed. I understand bulk moves, but this really isn't a move, so not sure how to proceed, or if it is even possible.
This should be possible, as long as you have Edit permissions in the project(s) the tickets belong to.

This worked great for changing sub-tasks to tasks within Project Stories and Project Tasks.
