How to show all request types from all desks on Service Desk?
Do you want to display all of the Request Types on the customer portal? Or you want to see all created Request Types?

Are you using the Server or Cloud version of JIRA Service Desk?
If you are using the Server version, the database query below should give you the information you need:
select * from "AO_54307E_VIEWPORTFORM"

Hi! Sorry. All Request Types from all service desks. Or, just always on Browse All (show desks, no popularity)
