how to find if my version is 32 or 64 bits in jira self hosted server

browsing my jira about or license info i can not find out if I installed 32 or 64 bit version since i want to upgrade i need it to know which version download

@Luis LopezLog in  as Jira admin  then  go to the Jira  admin button  >  System > System info  then   check   Java VM    you  will  see the version  i suppose.
