I found a feature request that was recently closed informing that this integration will not be supported in the near future.

* Provide support for SAML integration with PingIdentity

While this is a great feature request, we have decided we will not be working on providing support for Ping Identity as a support identity provider in the immediate future. However, if anything changes, we will reopen this issue and provide new updates. Hi Garikipati,

Currently, Ping is not supported and also they didn't provide us a link to a guide on how to implement our SAML single sign-on with their platform.
