I am getting a 504 Gateway Time-out error while accessing projects.

I have upgraded Jira to 7.11.0 from 7.3.8 yesterday, post-upgrade I am seeing a lot of issues with accessing the projects, viewing comments section and broken avatar links. I tried to upload a new avatar, but it is still broken.
