Auto suggest names in message box

When we type @ Character in message box, I am not getting Auto suggested names.

Is there a way, that i can do some changes in settings to resolve this Issue

Hi Kishore,

Do you know if you have the Browse Users global permission, or if you are in a role that includes that permission (maybe a question for your JIRA admin)?
