Hi Linh, welcome to the Community The recovery email was stuck in our mail filter with the following message:

The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/?p=NoSuchUser v64-v6si423173qki.313 - gsmtp

We have removed it from the filter. Please make sure you're using the right email address, try again, and let us know how it goes!
