Anyone can explain integration from (service now to Jira Servicedesk) & (Jira Servicedesk to Servicenow). 

What are the requirements ?

How to start integration?

Is there any possibility to do integration from both sides?

Could you please suggest some ideas and related Information?

Hi Kumar,

There's an add-on you could use called ServiceNow Connector for Jira. It's a 3rd-party add-on and so I'm not very familiar with it, but I would recommend giving it a try and reaching out to the developer if you have any issues.
