when i am adding new task in jira i am not able to find due date option to provide the due date ?

You can click "where is my field" when creating Issue and check the cause of the problem.

you just need to add it to the screen and Ollie's suggestion will direct you to achieve that.

these settings still not find the way to add the due date

Administration > Issues > Permission Schemes
Open one of the permisison schemes
Scroll down and find the permission "Schedule Issues"
Make sure it is configured properly for your project
Also make sure the Due Date field is on the screens your project uses:
Administration > Issues > Screens
Finally make sure the field is not hidden:
Administration > Issues > Field Configurations, open the field config used by your project and check if the due date is not hidden.

Are you an admin? Please go to the project in question then Project Settings, Screens and edit the screen of interest, e.g. the view screen. You should see something like below and if Due date is not already displayed then enter in the box as shown.
