Unable to clone a repository

Iam trying to clone a repository,however this does not work anymore.

Ihave however 30 repositories cloned before.

What can be wrong here?

Command: git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks ls-remote https://github.com/Digilent/ZYBO.git
Output:
Error: fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/Digilent/ZYBO.git/': OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to github.com:443
