When I click on Dashboard I'm taken to "How does your team work" page

Our company is rolling our Jira Service Desk. I've been given some level of "Admin" access. Every time I try to open Dashboard view I'm taken to a page showing "How Does your Team Work". This page is forcing me to create a project.

We already have many defined projects and I do not want/need to create a new project. Is there some permission or setting I'm missing which is preventing me from seeing the existing Dashboards?

cloud or server? Can you navigate to view all dashboards and favorite those you frequent? How are you trying to access dashboards?

Cloud. I’m clicking on the Jira icon on the very top left and clicking on Dashboards. I can’t seem to get to anything related to dashboards.

so you should see at the very bottom (scroll down) "View all Dashboards"

I don't have any of the options from your screenshot. Is there a permission controlling this?
