Moving from self hosted to Cloud

Hi

We like to migrate ourConfluence and Jira from self-hosted to the Atlassian cloud solution.
Do Jira and Confluence have a Export / Import function or is there a special way to move the configuration and the content in the cloud, except of maintaining everything by hand?
