Unable to execute the query below,
project = ABC AND updatedDate > "Last exchange with RTC"
Last exchange with RTC is a custom field and we need to compare both the field for extracting the BUG.
The type of field is date-time.

You can't run the search or doesn't the search return any results?

With the standard JQL you can't do it - you can't compare updatedDate with another custom field. To do this you would need an add-on, which I can't advise you about.
