Why variable "${approval.buttons}" prompt errors?

here is the error please help why i cant add approval buttons or how to add them in email.

Hi Randy,

Approval buttons do not currently work in email for Jira Cloud. Be advised that the feature you commented on (JSDSERVER-4349) was released for Jira Service Desk Server version 3.12.0.
