Start Progress - Commit failed, rollback

Platform: Jira Software
Versión: 7.9.2
El mantenimiento caduca 09/may/19

I have a problem when I try to start progress in a Subtask.
The issue disappear when I disable post function of the workflow, but I would like to find another fix.
