Can I use my own runners with Bitbucket Pipelines?

I assume the answer is obvious, but I need to ask it anyway.

I would like to migrate from GitLab to Bitbucket Pipelines. 

I've already gotten the green light from my security team, but there's one condition that Bitbucket doesn't meet... can I use my won infrastructure to run the pipelines? 

GitLab has the ability to run job on both shared runners and own custom runners (for example using EC2s on AWS)

Is there a similar option with Bitbucket?

After seeing how the pricing is constructed I'm worried I need to move on to other options...

Pricing is one thing, but environment is another.

I want to be able to run karma tests using Internet Explorer (among other browsers) and I'm pretty sure I can't run windows using Atlassian Pipelines, but I can on gitlab.
