restricting some issues

Hi ,

For CLOUD,

How can i restrict particular users for creating some issues in their respective project and respective issue type.

Ex: total 7 users , 6 issue types( lets say a,b,c,d,e,f)

1. Out of 7 users only 4 can create issue/ ticket ( for 6 issues types) and remaining 3 users should create only ( for c, &d issue types ) but they should be able to view all issue types.

You can try the following configuration

1. Make different groups for users
2. Configure the transition properties in the workflow
3. Split each group's permission to create Issue

To same work flow.

You cannot restrict if all the issue types are associated to same workflow based on the issue type.

To achieve it, either you should have a different work flow for issue types (c &d ) or use some add-ons as @Ollie Guan provided.
