Even putting @<devname> in a codereview comment does not seem to send a notification.
Hi Stephane! By default, you'll receive notifications when you're @ mentioned in Bitbucket Cloud, but this option can be disabled from the settings. You can go to and double-check that this option is checked, as well as email notifications altogether? Also, make sure you're watching the repository, or notifications won't be sent. Keep in mind that notifications will only be sent to the primary email address. For additional info, you can read Manage email notifications.
