Is it possible to restrict custom Field access to different isolated user groups

I want to allow display and modify option for a specific custom field, to a group of users and only this one, not the others...

You can create a group for jira-admins, as custom fields are configurable only by Jira admins.

there is nothing like a field-level-security in plain Jira.

These apps promises to provide security on field level, but I haven't tried them yet:
