JIRA Software: for couple of users, I get Page Unresponsive error continuously.

Question

I am getting Page Unresponsive error while accessing JIRA Software for 3 of my 17 users setup. This is an on-premise setup of JIRA Software. Kindly help how I can debug the issue. They are accessing Chrome browser only like rest of them

Did you try different browsers? Please check the browser compatibility too, refer the below link for compatible browser versions

Thanks will check it up. But same login, while accessing from my machine, it is working fine, only on their machine it is giving problem. Need to check

Hi Soumya,

You have to check the jira logs for debugging the issue. Please check this link to locate the logs.

Also you can use the jira inbult fuction called log analyser to debug.
