I want to log in to JIRA. Will be using for first time. How do I do this

In a browser, go to the url your Jira is running on, and click log in.

Some Jira systems will be configured to allow you to "sign up" there, or, if not, you should be given an account by your administrators.

Have you set up a JIRA Site? If not, there is documentation on the subject.
