I added a new user and I can assign tasks/cards to him but he is not showing up on our Kanban board

@Kathryn Kiel,

I need more info to be able to help...

1. are you an admin or the owner of the Kanban board? If so...
2. go to Board Settings > General copy the filter that is used for the board
3. go to Search Issues > Advanced and paste the filter in and hit return
4. Do you see the tasks assigned to the user in question?
5. If so then they should show in the board so let's go back there...
6. Check the Kanban by doing a search (cntrl/cmd-f) for either the user or one of his assigned issues. If none found...
7. Check and clear any quick filters that might be enabled.
8. Do you have backlog enabled? If so check if the issues show there.
