Rich area no customer frien

Hi,

I'm using a Jira Sofware Cloud version and I'd like to have the same rich test area I have while writing this very same question but in Jira it's seems quite complex. 

For example I cannot do that : 

• line 1
  • line 2

 

Is there something wrong i'm doing? 

I use Wiki style renders for my field

Hey Luciana, 

Unfortunately the wiki render uses a different set of functions than the text editor here, which makes it a bit more tricky.

The markups at the link below are the only way that I'm aware of in the cloud instance to format text. 

To make the indented bullet list, you will need to type ** before the text. A top level bullet is *
