Long story short: We forgot to put the target/ folder of our java maven application into .gitignore, the repo size went up without us noticing and reached 2GB today. After attempting to clean it several ways (2 of them being the ones recommended by bitbucket itself, including BFG) we are always getting the same message in the end: we can not push our changes to the repository due to its size. I saw that the support staff is able to run a git gc directly on your repo. Any chance that we could get that as well?
