From reviewing this error message, I don't think this has anything to do with Tempo.

That KB explains that this specific error can occur when the inline edit module has been disabled:
Cause JIRA Agile's inline edit module had been disabled Resolution Re-enable the inline-edit module for JIRA Agile: Navigate to JIRA Administration > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons Select to show "All add-ons" Locate the JIRA Agile add-on Expand the modules and locate: GH RapidBoard resources for supporting inline editable issue detail view (gh-rapid-inline-editable) Enable this module
JIRA Agile's inline edit module had been disabled
Re-enable the inline-edit module for JIRA Agile:
Expand the modules and locate:
(gh-rapid-inline-editable)
Please see if you can follow these steps to correct this problem. Please let us know if this does not resolve this issue.
