hello help me please, i cant see or access any project, i cant create a new project
Only a JIRA Administrator can create or delete a project. And there is no way to prevent a JIRA admin from deleting a project.
Seeing the project is define by the "Browse Project" permission in the project's permission scheme. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/managing-project-permissions-938847145.html for more details.
It looks like you're new here. Sign in or register to get started.
