My project does not use JIRA , is there any way I can get permissions and have hands on the tool?

I have created account on Atlassian using my gmail ID but my project does not use JIRA so I do not have username and password to login to JIRA tool

Is there any way I can login to JIRA tool without taking permissions from my project admins and have hands on the tool?

If you want to work with your company's Jira, you will have to ask your admins to get access.
