Password reset button not visible (white font)

Question

When a user receives a 'password reset' email, the password reset button is not visible, as the font color appears white and blends into the background of our email client (Lotus Notes).

Any help in this regard would be appreciated!

We may be looking at something similar to the issue documented for confluence here: CONFSERVER-32414.

I think they might be working on custom email templates for Jira Cloud soon (CLOUD-1791), which might help us out.

@[deleted]- Thanks for your response, the text color in the look and feel section is set to a shade close to black (#292929)

Just to confirm, has the text colour in the Look & Feel section of JIRA's System options been set to white?
