We have several spaces. Each space is a separate project with the team and the customer. How can I give my customer access to view files that relate only to his space?

Are you Confluence Space permissions set up so that customers can be assigned to the correct permissions by each Space Admin?

Yes. The customer is an unregistered user. Can I give it access by e-mail and not add it to users?
