How to create an article from Jira Service Desk Issue

I'm trying to create an article in the Confluence from an issue on Jira Service Desk, but the Confluence returns denied permission.

How do I set the confluence permission to do this?

To create a Confluence page from a Jira Service Desk issue, you need:

a Confluence license;
permission to add a page in the linked space.

To check if you have "Add a page" permission in the linked Confluence space, go to the space settings > Permissions and "Add a page" should be checked (see documentation).
