I have a project with multiple stories. There is no "Description" window to include a description.
Other projects have descriptions in their stories. How do I add a description?

Are you a JIRA Admin? If you are, click on
Project Settings for the project that is missing the Description Field and then go to the Project screen scheme then click on "Project name" screen (as highlighted on my screenshot). Add the "Description Field"
