Where is configure release notes?

I followed this tutorial: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/creating-release-notes-776636314.html

I simply can not find the Configure release notes option. Where it is?

It is resolved. The old interface doesn't show this link, but the new does.

I am having this same issue .. finding the Configure Release Notes link. I am an (new) admin using Jira Cloud. I have added a new issue type and it is not displayed as an option to select on the Release Notes page and I don't see a link to Configure Release Notes. Any advice is welcome to resolve this issue.
