we'd like to upgrade our Jira-Software-Licenses for our team. but I do not really need more licenses for the Git-Integration.
Must this number be the same or can it be different?

Your Jira licenses are just here to allow people connecting to Jira. Git (maybe Bitbucket) user count is therefore independant (as long as git users are not triggering actions with their account in Jira!).
Can you tell us more about your integration so that we can make sure to provide the best guidance?
