Have you tried different browsers? Are you the Admin of your Jira?
hi this is jira server and i have tried with different browsers still iam getting the same issue..yes iam the admin of jira
and for your information just i have imported SSL certificates in the browser and still didnt install at the server end....will these create any problem for logging?
I am not sure if this can be the cause.
I recommend having a look at your Application Logs (found in the home directory). There you should see failed login attempts.
You mention that you just imported an SSL certification. Are you navigating to https://yourhostname:8443 when this is occurring? Is that also setup as your base URL?
No i am not navigating to that...it is occurring when i changed my new ssl certificate,still i didn't install my certificate in the server....i think once i install it will not create that problem.My base url is https://jira.domainname.com.au...
my log shows me this message:

What happens when you navigate to your site with :8443 at the end of the URL? Are you able to log in?
