My service desk outgoing emails are not reflecting proper css

Its a really urgent issue for my org. The email is not showing proper style. It was working when i setup the project

I think that depends on the user's email type (HTML or plain text) setting, and that looks like plain text. You might want to check the user's profile preferences and see whether it is set to HTML or plain text.
