How to move changes from a DEV clone of PROD to PROD (Jira Software and Service Desk)

Question

We have Jira Software and Service Desk running in PROD.

I created a Clone of the server and gave a new IP for DEV testing so that changes made do not break PROD.

How do we move changes made in DEV to PROD without having to manually do it?

Any suggestions welcome :)

We had a look and there seems to be a way to move the changes from dev to production natively:

You are correct, I am referring to project configs and workflows.
