Getting the list of sprints per US

Hi,

Recently we've been having issues completing the USs on each sprint and each US has been passing over through several sprints. In order to analyze on which conditions this is happening I would like to have a report of US -> history sprints -> history estimation changes. Anyone can help figure out how to get this information?
