I have issues with status reopen - that does not appear in the backlog

How can I make them appear in the backlog

I understand I'm missing some mapping - but I need step-by-step instruction how to find this mapping and add it....

found it - click on board -> configure ->columns

the missing status is on the side - put it in the right column
