We are just needing all Jira users to be able to submit and comment on issues in the project and see the project backlong (view only).
- We were hoping to accomplish this by adding the the user “jira-users” to the “Submitters” Role, but when we tried, our users could not view the project when creating an issue.
- As a workaround, we have added “Jira-users” to the “Project Team” Role. However, they can no change the priority of issues in the backlog. We cannot allow this.
How do we allow users to submit/comment on jiras in the project but have view-only permissions to the backlog.
