Hi, We have been using a question answer forum, based on OSQA engine and intend to migrate to confluence. What would be the best approach to go about this?

Ask Atlassian for their script. At least the said it "will be open source and freely available".

I have created a task to release the migration scripts used by Atlassian in the migration of this site: CQ-1475. Leave your comments there and vote it. The bigger the interest, the more chances there will be to get the scripts released.
