I am the program manager for Google Analytics and would like to create a ticketing system for GA champions.

This system would be for champions requesting GA Access for Paypal employees as well as agencies. It will also be utilized by those requesting event tracking.

Ok, great, you can use Jira for that.

However, without a lot more detail of what you actually want from it, we can't tell you a lot more.

I need to create a ticketing system by which Regional Google Analytics manager's can submit "Event Tracking requests" that will be assigned to me.

There will need to be at least 2 required fields as well as an option to upload attachments.
