Hello!
We have jira ans wiki hosting on the server of our Russian Atlassian re-seller (teamlead.ru). Addresses: https://kdsoft.teamlead.ru/, https://kdsoft-wiki.teamlead.ru/
For the next billing period we want to migrate to Atlassian cloud direct. How can we move all our data?
You can find the full migration steps listed here - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/migrating-from-jira-server-to-jira-cloud-779160826.html
Broadly speaking, it's "upgrade your server to the latest possible versions of the server, then export it all and import it on Cloud".
See https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/migrating-from-jira-server-to-jira-cloud-779160826.html and https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/migrate-from-confluence-server-to-cloud-724765529.html
Thnx a lot!
We'll check this.
Thank you very much!
